But we cannot showcase this without the help of festivals to exhibit and promote more of renowned products and cultures.Although we all know that festivals do play a pivotal role in promoting one's own beliefs. One of these is the Kannawidan Ylocos Festival-most appreciated festival of all!.
The course of events of this festival is the commemoration of the foundation day of the province.
A Festival which lasts from the last week of January up to the first week of February.And Yes it is an annual celebration that aims to create awareness and preservation of our cultural heritage.A week-long festive of happiness and it is a great trend to old ones and fresh youths like us. Making us to feel the goodness of satisfaction without doubt.
I believe this kind of festival gives importance to every Bigueños. It is a way in order for us to know and value the things we have. To preserved our cultures for the next generations.

We all talk about the word "change" on how we needed it,on how we embrace it and theorized,knowing change is so good for us all.But Depends on how people see it for themselves whether it is bad nor good.
I have been realizing bit lately that millions of humanity are eager to change the world but no one thinks of changing himself first just like Leo Tolstoy stated.
Yes the world is already changing rapidly.It's not the same as we knew it before.Making me feel sad thinking how the world ends right before us.Deforestation,Oil spill and dynamite fishing these are some of the painful words I want to stop.But before that,We humans must face self-change.Yes,I don't think it's possible to change the world.There is a difference between changing the world, and making a difference in the world,which is important to recognize because I believe we can do it. This sound heroic but it is very important because there is nothing more constant in this world except "change".
But I guess change happens whether we like it or not.Starting from simple matter into complex one.Change for the better! for the sake of our beloved planet.
